Refund & Cancellation:

IMAGES shall not assume responsibility for refunding any payments made by the User in the event of event cancellation by IMAGES due to no fault of IMAGES and in the event of force majeure circumstances. Furthermore, in case of the User’s failure to attend the Event for any reason, IMAGES retains the right to forfeit the participation fee.”
